Ans. This occurs if employee is using a wrong number/ any of the details missing in KGID Database, Please raise a ticket as LOGIN ISSUES and furnish the below mentioned details as shared Below and get it resolved.

Q. I have when I tried to login to Kgid Online website using Mobile Number it shows as "Please Enter Registered Mobile Number." How to Proceed Further?

Ans.Since You are trying to login as a new employee, Please do Register your Basic Details in Upload Employee Details sub Menu by your Drawing and Disbursement Officer ( DDO ) and then try logging in.

Ans. With this Registered Mobile Number , There Exists a KGID Policy, So Please do login with your KGID NO.

Ans.Please do Register your Mobile no and Email ID in Upload Employee Basic Details by your Drawing and Disbursement Officer ( DDO ) and then try logging / raise a ticket as LOGIN ISSUES and furnish the below mentioned details and get updated.

Q. when I tried forwarding my Proposal/ Application, An error message like "There is no DDO Mapped to your DDO Code" Pops up, what to do ?

Ans. click on Update basic details menu and update your Khajane II DDO code in DDO CODE Column and then Proceed.

Application / Technical Issue While Applying Online

I am not not able to Apply / forward / sign/ view while applying online in KGID Website?

Ans. Please raise a ticket by selecting related Problem Category and Sub Category with mentioning the complete details like KGID Policy NO/ Application Reference Number / Loan Reference Number and attach the screen shot of the Issue / Error.
